Description
We are growing our Product Management team and are looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help drive execution across our cybersecurity products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex services, acting as the connecting glue between internal teams, and turning product intent into clear, actionable outcomes. The focus is on execution and cross-functional alignment, rather than pure strategy or research-led discovery. You will work at the intersection of Product, Technology, Product Marketing, Service Delivery, and Commercial teams, ensuring that what we build and operate is clear, scalable, and commercially usable. What you’ll do Product execution Guide products through their lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch activities (e.g. performance tracking, enhancements), including end-of-life (EOL) management. Maintain and prioritize product backlogs. Translate product direction into clear requirements and acceptance criteria. Work with product squads to create detailed specifications for new product requirements and features. Support iterative delivery in close collaboration with Technology and Service teams. Cross-functional collaboration Act as the product point of contact for Technology, SOC, Service Delivery, Sales, and Presales. Ensure a consistent understanding of product scope, capabilities, and boundaries. Support internal enablement by providing clear and structured product inputs for customer-facing teams. Product lifecycle management & evolution Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation. Support product evolution, enhancements, and controlled change. Support discovery efforts and market research, helping integrate customer and market insights into the product roadmap. What success looks like Products have clear value propositions, well-defined scope, and execution-ready definitions that support delivery and go-to-market. Backlogs are structured, prioritized, and aligned with business priorities. Roadmap execution is effective, on time, and on budget. Product awareness across the organization is high, with teams aligned on product intent, capabilities, and constraints. Who this role is for You don’t need a “classic PM” background. We care more about execution mindset, structure, and collaboration skills. We are open to candidates transitioning into Product Management from backgrounds such as: Cybersecurity professionals Technical Project or Program Management Service Management or Operations Presales or Solutions Engineering Business Analysis or Delivery roles What we’re looking for Required 3+ years of experience in technology, services, or product-adjacent roles. Strong ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders. Proven experience turning complex topics into clear, actionable work items. Comfort operating in environments with evolving requirements and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences. Fluent written and spoken English. Nice to have Exposure to cybersecurity, managed services, or SaaS environments. Experience with Agile or Lean delivery practices. Familiarity with service-based or tiered product offerings. What this role is not Not a pure project management role. Not a research-only or discovery-heavy product role.
