About the Role As Product Manager – Oncology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our oncology portfolio. Working closely with the Business Unit Head and cross-functional teams - including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales - you will ensure successful product launches, impactful campaigns, and strong engagement with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for oncology brands Drive innovative digital marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and engagement Coordinate product launches, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities Manage forecasting, budgeting, and promotional activities Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharma commercial roles; oncology experience highly regarded Proven success in multi-brand marketing and product launches Strong strategic insight, digital marketing expertise, and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities High ethical standards and resilience in a fast-paced environment Why Medison ANZ?
