With an audited platform and $40M+ in Total Value Locked (TVL), we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and enhance our flagship product. This role will focus on building product-market fit and driving strategic growth.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Product Management: 3+ years in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech as a Product Manager.
  • Marketing: collaborate with marketing specialists to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of PoS technology, industry trends, and competition.

HARD SKILLS:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create product and marketing strategies aligned with user and business needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Market analysis, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Management: Skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams, setting goals, and meeting deadlines.
