The eCommerce Product Team is accountable for the development and optimisation of online acquiring solutions to deliver payment products and services to our customers where the cardholder is not present. We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs.

DO WORK THAT MATTERS

We are seeking 2 x Product Managers on a 12-months secondment/Max Term Contract within the eCommerce Complex Squad working on our Core Product offering. We are open to the candidates being based out of Sydney or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Drive product development and enhancement of our core products (Transit, including the migration project of Transit to MeMo), ensuring compliance with policy and customer needs
  • Lead continuous improvement across product features and processes
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify emerging product trends
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and external vendors
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
  • Align business and technical teams around shared objectives
  • Oversee Level 3 terminal certification processes and terminal migration projects, prioritizing compliance and user experience
  • Collaborate with government and regulatory bodies to develop compliant solutions
  • Navigate complex regulatory frameworks and influence outcomes
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure and legacy system migration projects using robust risk assessment and change management
  • Design and launch payment products supporting multi-channel transactions, PSP integration, gateway architecture, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
