Description
Leads the transformation of user pain points into actionable product ideas, initiate/execute product initiatives while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, product strategy, and overall objectives of the business. Work with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to make sure that our product meets the right customers, appeals to them, have them convert, and remain loyal. Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to launch and optimize products in a timely manner to serve business vision Oversee product releases to ensure effective alignment between product and go-to-market teams. Define the Product Strategy and roadmap to fulfill and meet the company’s KPIs/OKRs based on the following: Continuous analysis of our metrics at every level (acquisition, retention, conversion, revenue, referral etc). Analysis of customer research data Analysis of the inputs comes from all our business units and their corresponding managers Effective brainstorming sessions contribute to the generation of new ideas that push the boundaries of what’s possible within the team.
