Description
Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine internal UX and workflows for DXC operators, with a focus on usability, scalability, and task efficiency.
Deliver intelligent, contextual AI-powered insights, alerts, and recommendations to elevate operational productivity and consistency.
Ensure tools and dashboards are tailored to the needs of service engineers, analysts, and account teams, supporting their real-world workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed GenAI and agentic AI into daily activities, operational playbooks, and troubleshooting flows.
Balance advanced functionality with simplicity, driving adoption and ease of use across varied technical user personas.
Partner with governance, enterprise architecture, and IT security teams to implement role-based access controls, workflow authorization, and audit mechanisms.
Work closely with engineering, UX, and service owners to deliver features in alignment with agile development cadences and DXC’s operational strategies.
