Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop & execute products marketing strategy and annual brand plans with full responsibility for managing product life cycle. Managing all launch activities of new products with full alignment & collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute a successful product launch. Full responsibility for products P&L and all financial KPIs, ensuring positive profits & financial growth matching the brand strategic plan. Plan and execute different marketing campaigns & digital activities that supports sales team, to ensure effective execution of product marketing strategy. Build up long term partnership with medical societies & KOLs to ensure full understanding of patient’s & health care providers needs. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position within the Pharmaceuticals Industry. Specialty or Ophthalmology care experience is preferred. Experience in new products launches is strong asset. Proficiency in MS Office and Digital marketing tools & KPIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
