Your new role - As our Product Manager for Overleaf, you will be part of our global Product Management team. The Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Analytics and UX to shape, prioritise, and deliver high-impact product initiatives that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for defining strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring Overleaf continues to be loved and used by the scientific community

USER EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER FOCUS:

  • Collaborate with UX, support, and sales teams to integrate customer feedback and research into design.
  • Conduct client meetings or site visits to inform product improvements.

  • Experience in software product management, with a strong track record in both discovery and delivery phases.

  • Excellent communication abilities, including presentation, written communication, and stakeholder relationship management.
