  • Lead with curiosity: You dig deep to understand the root cause of problems and know when to bring in Engineers, Product Designers, UX Writers, UX Researchers, or Data Scientists.
  • Communicate effectively, including presenting product updates in front of 150+ colleagues in our company-wide standups.
  • Drive strategy and execution within the OKR framework, playing a key role in roadmap planning and workflow optimisation.

About you

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams, working on multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).

  • A proactive and curious mindset: You love figuring things out and taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A strong passion for user experience and attention to detail: You care about delivering the best possible product.
  • Technical acumen: You understand how APIs and integrations work and can confidently advise both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach: You think like an event organiser and use insights to make the best product decisions.
  • A bias for action: You believe the best way to prove your point is by getting things done.
  • A highly organised and structured work style, both individually and in team settings.
  • Ambition and a drive for continuous improvement: You always seek to improve what exists.
