This is a superb opportunity to join our growing Energy Solutions team in Calgary. We are seeking a Product Manager to hold ultimate accountability for the PAS application roadmap. This is an exciting and rewarding role within a cross functional team of developers, business analysts, and application support staff. Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the PAS vision and roadmap and work with various partners to collect inputs and synthesize into a consolidated roadmap
  • Liaise with clients and prospects to understand and drive solutions to business needs, socialize and review the roadmap and upcoming product changes
  • Work with client implementation teams to help guide and coordinate, maintaining connections with the client throughout the process
  • Work with development and business analyst teams to advise the development of new features to ensure alignment to roadmap and client needs
  • Work with delivery executives to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget and deliver on business value
  • Drive innovation and develop partnerships
  • Promote the platform and features as part of business development initiatives and support sales efforts as needed
  • Regularly meet with existing clients and facilitate monthly User Group meetings
  • In collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager, monitor and measure the profitability, including monthly financial reporting to senior management
  • In collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager, manage a multi-million dollar development and support budget
  • In collaboration with the Business Development Manager, develop and execute on ongoing sales and marketing plans and strategies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Formal training and/or designation related to Product Management and/or Project Management
  • 3+ years of previous leadership, product or project management experience
  • Strong discernment and understanding of sophisticated business situations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and to validate requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or training
