THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Payments team, a key part of our strategy to drive effortless payment and reliable revenue collection.
As Product Manager for the Payments team at Fastned, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers pay and how we collect and report revenue for all our payment touchpoints. You will be at the heart of our mission to make charging as easy as possible, ensuring every transaction—whether in-app or on a payment terminal—is seamless, secure, and compliant.
You will lead the product vision and strategy for payments. Your work will directly impact Fastned’s growth and customer satisfaction, as well as our ability to scale across multiple markets. You will also be responsible for ensuring our payment solutions comply with local regulations, including fiscalization and financial reporting requirements, in the context of the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
You’ll work closely with the Driver product team (responsible for the in-app experience), New Business product team (commercial propositions), Charging product team (industry protocols), Customer Operations (customer service), Tech Ops (fraud prevention & payment terminals), Finance (revenue reporting, reconciliation & compliance), Country managers across Fastned’s network within Europe and external payment solution providers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end payment experience: Define and execute the product roadmap for all payment touchpoints, including payment terminals and in-app solutions, ensuring a frictionless and reliable customer journey.
  • Drive revenue collection and reporting: Develop systems and processes for accurate and timely revenue collection, reporting, and financial reconciliation. Identify opportunities to automate and optimize these processes, reducing manual intervention and errors.
