Participate in the product or platform discovery/build requirements as well as see through that it is successfully deployed Act as a product evangelist to socialize the insights as well as gather feedback to make your product effective for all the users Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to solve complex merchant issues Utilize data analysis techniques to make informed decisions Coordinate, write, and action merchant communication and follow-up Work with cross-functional teams to establish operational procedures and provide supporting documentation Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, including merchants if necessary Understand business needs and solve customer problems Build analytical product/platform solutions; explore data to find actionable insights Work with the Lead Product Manager to understand the problem space 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
