Audience Studio is Personetics' financial growth intelligence platform for bank marketing teams - enabling them to discover high-value behavioral audiences from transaction data and prove business impact with closed-loop financial attribution. The product is in the design partner stage - this PM will help shape it into a scalable, market-ready product. The PM will own the full product lifecycle for Audience Studio: shaping strategy, driving the roadmap, working closely with design and engineering, and being the voice of the marketing buyer at banks. This is a 0-to-1 mindset role in a maturing product - we need someone who can build product identity from the ground up. Responsibilities Own the Audience Studio product roadmap and prioritization Define and evolve product positioning - working closely with the product marketing and GTM team Lead discovery with bank marketing teams to validate audience, attribution, and campaign use cases Drive cross-functional delivery with engineering and design Track adoption and business outcomes (deposits, retention, primacy) Represent the product in design partner and customer conversations Requirements 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead PM role 3+ years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0-to-1) Experience leading a generative AI product from concept to product-market fit, including defining GTM strategies and managing early-stage partner relationships Strong inbound and outbound PM skills - able to own the full lifecycle from discovery and requirements through positioning, messaging, and launch Strong data intuition - comfortable working with behavioral data, audiences, and measurement Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Nice to have null Benefits null
Responsibilities
The Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of the Audience Studio platform, from shaping strategy and the roadmap to driving cross-functional delivery. They will act as the voice of the bank marketing buyer to transform the product from a design partner stage into a scalable, market-ready solution.
