Here’s what we need from you:

• 10+ years experience working for a software company in the software technology space
• 5+ years experience in software product management
• Demonstrable track record in managing the “whole-of-product” process
• Strong combination of business and technical acumen, with exposure to handling trade-off decisions
• Values the importance of design thinking principles and its importance to user-centric software
• Operates from a point of curiosity, adaptability and leverages data to inform product decisions
• Academic background in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Technology Management, Project Management and/or Product Management
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, to all levels of the organisation and customer
• Experience in facilitating collaboration within, and across, multiple teams as well as externally
