About the role As a Product Manager, you’ll help drive our product development process from idea to execution. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on multiple physical products, supporting every step from early-stage concepts and testing to launch and ongoing improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and customers, and play a critical role in building high-quality, effective products that our customers love. What you'll do Support product development from conception through launch and post-launch improvements Assist in product testing and experimentation to ensure product quality and performance Act as a hands-on support during lab testing; document and organize findings Help maintain organized documentation, including notes, specs, and test results Conduct market research and gather competitive insights to support product decisions Coordinate with vendors to manage sample creation and delivery timelines Communicate with customers to collect feedback and identify areas for product improvement Collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, sourcing, engineering) to move initiatives forward Track progress across multiple products using roadmap and project management tools Identify opportunities to reduce timelines or avoid roadblocks in the development process Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant experience is highly valued Some exposure to managing or supporting physical product development is strongly preferred.
