Job Overview
Join a Team That’s Shaping the Future of Product Innovation in the Canadian Electrical Industry.
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of our product lines—from initial setup and market introduction to ongoing support and eventual phase-out. This high-impact role is central to our growth strategy, requiring a deep understanding of the Canadian market landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term success.
As a key voice of the customer, you’ll engage directly with clients and sales teams to uncover opportunities, deliver impactful training (virtually and in person), and champion product solutions that meet evolving market demands. You’ll monitor industry trends, economic drivers, and emerging technologies to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive. Your insights will shape product enhancements, new innovations, and go-to-market strategies that align with our vertical market focus.
This is more than a product management role, it’s a chance to lead with influence across the organization. You’ll be empowered to make data-driven decisions, contribute to promotional planning, and support product launches through digital channels including websites, landing pages, and social media. If you’re analytical, collaborative, and passionate about delivering value through innovation, we want to hear from you.
