Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the sports trading platform Conduct industry gap analyses and product evaluations Create and review business cases; advise on commercial decisions Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and prioritize development requests Generate specifications and define acceptance criteria Build and prioritize the trading platform development backlog Identify commonalities across customer requests and guide the product roadmap accordingly Manage product sign-off processes Support end users during feature rollouts Monitor and support the adoption of new features post-delivery Assist colleagues in preparing handover and training materials for both legacy and newly developed platform features Escalate business-critical bugs to internal support and development teams Foster team development and build organizational knowledge Set targets and personal development goals for direct reports; monitor performance against those goals Stay informed about industry best practices Manage client expectations effectively Qualifications Components for success. Responsibilities

The Product Manager will drive innovation and continuous improvement of the sports trading platform while managing product sign-off processes and supporting end users during feature rollouts. They will also liaise with stakeholders to prioritize development requests and monitor the adoption of new features post-delivery.
