About the team We build AI agents that automate front office work - texting, calling, emailing, and more. About the role We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Podium's automotive platform strategy. Auto is one of our most strategic verticals, and you'll define how we expand from our current AI agents into a comprehensive platform that dealers can't live without. You'll grow existing products while building the next generation platform. This means shipping features that drive near-term growth while architecting the foundation for where we're going long-term. Most automotive software feels like it's from 2005. We're building consumer-grade products that dealers actually want to use. You'll make decisions that affect Podium's entire platform - not just Auto. You'll establish data architecture and integration patterns that other vertical teams build on, influence our AI agent platform strategy, and shape partnerships that determine how we compete. The market is moving fast. We need to move faster. This position is based in Lehi, UT. We may offer relocation assistance.
