  • Responsible for POS Sensor product portfolio incl. product roadmap
  • Collect, benchmark, and analyze new applications, new technologies and product requirements for our Position Sensor Portfolio (POS)
  • Define new sensor products, e.g. POS-related sensors products
  • Create in alignment with product marketing a Go-to-market strategy for new products
  • Manage portfolio during complete product lifecycle, incl. initiation of new product development, product changes and discontinuations
  • Optimize margins, including aligning price ranges with marketing and sales teams as well as initiating cost down activities
  • Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
  • Several years (~ 3) of relevant professional experience in product management or product marketing or similar functions
  • Strong experience in Position Sensors technology and applications
  • Experience in automotive and industrial markets beneficial
  • Good social and intercultural competencies
  • Capability to lead controversial discussions with stakeholders and customers
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
  • Professional working proficiency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
