What you'll do ⦁ Manage the full lifecycle of core products and portfolios, developing customer-oriented marketing strategies to drive demand and achieve business targets. ⦁ Lead annual brand planning, including market positioning, value proposition, marketing campaigns, and budget, coordinating execution with sales, technical, marketing communications, and other internal functions. ⦁ Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies and solutions. ⦁ Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new products and solutions, including roadmap planning, positioning, launch kit preparation, and post-launch performance tracking. ⦁ Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, participating in long-term product planning and new opportunity assessments. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. You should possess strong business acumen, innovative thinking, and customer-centric solution design capabilities. You'll also need: ⦁ Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field is preferred. ⦁ 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or product management, with familiarity in the animal nutrition/health industry. ⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong organizational and coordination abilities. ⦁ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). ⦁ Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
