Your Role

• You will actively drive our strong growth in Surgical Ophthalmology and improve patients’ vision globally
• You assume end-to-end responsibility for the success of your products (Cataract Implants and Consumables) throughout the entire product lifecycle
• You stay close to our customers and sales team to ensure successful commercialization and the realization of our growth ambition
• You will take the lead in the definition of product requirements and other strategic projects based on your deep market understanding (e.g., through sales and customer visits, analysis of market & technology trends, regular market surveys, etc.)
• You ensure the success of product development with R&D and support global product launches with other departments

In this role you will work with a diverse and international team, taking responsibility for business success and shaping the future of ZEISS!

Your Profile

• You have an excellent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Medical, or related fields
• You have several years of work experiences in product management, sales, strategic marketing or similar within the MedTech industry – ideally, within ophthalmology.
• You have proven your ability to manage complex projects, have a good understanding of healthcare commercial models and can liaise with multiple stakeholders in international settings
• You furthermore possess strong analytical and communication skills paired with entrepreneurial drive
• You have passion that energizes customers and colleagues and a strategic thinking mindset with a result driven approach
• You are business fluent in English, German would be preferred but not required
• You are willing to travel internationally, irregularly
