This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager Prime Finance in the United States. In this role, you will oversee and manage a platform that handles Corporate Actions (CoA) for both internal positions and external clients across multiple business lines. You will be responsible for guiding the end-to-end processing of CoAs, from analyzing events and calculating eligible positions to ensuring accurate communications and updates to accounting and payment systems. The position provides visibility into trade, market, and event flows, offering a deep understanding of capital markets operations. You will work closely with developers, business users, and support teams to translate requirements into functional solutions, manage the product roadmap, and deliver high-quality, reliable systems. This role demands both technical proficiency and strategic oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Accountabilities Construct and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business priorities. Gather and analyze business and user requirements, translating them into functional specifications and test scenarios. Collaborate with developers to design solutions, identify dependencies, and coordinate with other teams as needed. Organize product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and reliability. Liaise with users, lines of business, and support teams to deliver timely and effective changes. Oversee the software development lifecycle, including coding, design specification preparation, testing, debugging, and system integration. Evaluate new technologies, provide advice on security requirements, and ensure adherence to performance and compliance standards. Post-secondary degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred). 8–10+ years of experience in a Capital Markets environment, with a focus on Corporate Actions. Strong knowledge of Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Bonds, and Trade lifecycle processes. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and working knowledge of SQL. Experience managing the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Deep understanding of technology principles: cloud computing, microservices, programming, system integration, and test-driven development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach. Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams. Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive change, and foster innovation across multiple stakeholders. Competitive salary range: $150,700 – $261,800, with potential performance-based incentives.
