POSITION OVERVIEW:
Oversee the product portfolio to align with customer needs and support business growth. Coordinate product development and certification projects to ensure timely delivery. Serve as the link between sales, marketing, and technical teams to define clear product requirements and develop customer-focused messaging.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role.
· Strong organisational and project management skills.
· Analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable presenting information to internal teams or in customer settings.
· Able to speak fluently in both English and Italian.

· Portfolio Management: Oversee the current product portfolio, ensuring it meets customer needs and supports business goals.
· Product Roadmap: Work with sales and technical to create and implement a product development and certification roadmap.
· Project Management: Manage product and certification projects, coordinating teams to deliver projects on time, and keeping stakeholders updated.
· Market Research: Work with sales teams to gather insights on customer and market trends, helping to shape product improvements. Work with technical to appraise new product ideas.
· Requirements Definition: Translate market feedback into clear product requirements for technical teams.
· Product Collateral: Translate technical product data into clear customer messages for marketing materials and product documentation.
· Training & Support: Prepare product training content, and provide support to sales teams and key clients. Accompany sales representatives to important customer meetings.
· Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project success.
