Job Description Procore is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product and Technology Division. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing capabilities that empower our customers to manage their construction projects efficiently and collaboratively in a consistent manner across the Procore platform. As a Product Manager within the Project Management suite, you will collaborate closely with UX Design and Engineering teams to define and execute on the product roadmap. You’ll synthesize customer and market feedback to identify opportunities, translate needs into a compelling roadmap, and deliver solutions that drive measurable customer value and satisfaction. This role presents a tremendous opportunity to impact how construction professionals plan, manage, and execute their projects, enabling Procore, as the leading market solution, to continue delivering industry-defining solutions. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and will be based in Cairo, Egypt. What you’ll do: Partner closely with our Director of Product Management to define a roadmap to improve the Project Management product, including how you’ll measure success. Synthesize customer feedback and market research to inform and guide your roadmap and priorities Define and scope the work you want to do in a detailed manner, capturing critical requirements and user stories in the form of Epics and Stories Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to transform your requirements into value for our customers in the product Stay in close contact with the based team of Project Management, Product Managers, and other domains Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Strong communication skills and initiative to drive change and results in a professional setting 2+ years of experience building and delivering successful SaaS products in Product or Program Management Experience working across engineering and design to deliver impactful features for end users Passion for customer success, with a deep understanding of end-user problems and awareness of market trends in the construction space Experience defining user stories, structured requirements, and managing success metrics Ability to work collaboratively with global teams across time zones and influence stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and influence Additional Information Perks & Benefits At Procore, we invest in our employees and provide a full range of benefits and perks to help you grow and thrive.
