PRODUCT AND PROJECT MANAGER OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior Product and Project Manager to join our team in a dual-capacity role, combining both product and project responsibilities. You will support the development of our product portfolio and help deliver key initiatives, working collaboratively with a range of teams across the organisation. This role is suited to someone proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to develop both themselves and the business.

• Support in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic direction
• Work collaboratively with design, development, and marketing teams to align on product objectives
• Assist in drafting product requirement documentation
• Gather and prioritise customer feedback for evaluation
• Monitor product performance metrics and analyse user behaviour to identify improvement areas
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of products and internal processes
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of smaller projects and opportunities
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify and raise potential project risks with suggested resolutions
• Support resource planning and team collaboration across departments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and New Standard Product Requests (NSPRs), ensuring they are progressed effectively
