POSITION: Product Manager (PM)
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid
MEMBER OF: Product Management Team
TRAVEL: Up to 10%

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

· BS Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical) ; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
· 2 – 5 years Product Management experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Product costing, pricing and margin setting, maintaining and improving product line profitability.
· Marketing : Product, placement (channels), price, promotion (in collaboration with Sales and MarCom)
· Sales support involving the development and improvement of products and product lines.
· Product administration and lifecycle planning, collecting market intelligence and reporting.
· Support sales (and customers) in specifying the most suitable product/ solution based on customer requests.
· Establish pricing (base price and pricing schedules). Define customer discounts and market factors where required.
· Track and maintain/ grow gross margins for product groups.
· Manage projects for product development/ improvement/ change, which involves working with Innovation, Sales, Production, QC, vendors, MarCom.
· Partner with MarCom to establish product documentation (datasheet, website content, trade fair materials, other).
· Evaluate suppliers, establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and all relevant resources to ensure product supply and quality.
· Collect and report market intelligence; prepare regular market reports.
· Product life cycle management, i.e. manage product launches, upgrades, end of life.
· Product marketing and distribution.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
