Qashier is scaling fast across Southeast Asia, and we are looking for a Product Manager to own high-impact product areas across our All-in-One POS & Payments ecosystem. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex product problems, and wants to see their work used by thousands of merchants every day. What You'll Do Lead product strategy and roadmaps aligned with Qashier's business and market goals Turn customer insights and data into clear problem statements and product requirements. Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, ops, sales, and support Own features end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, iteration Analyse product usage and define success metrics to guide decisions Ensure new features scale smoothly across multiple Southeast Asian markets What we are looking for.. 5+ years in product management with a proven record of shipping impactful products Experience in SaaS, B2B, fintech, or payments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills Comfortable breaking down ambiguity and driving clarity across teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management Familiar with agile workflows and tools (JIRA, Miro, etc.) Passionate about building intuitive, user-centric products Bonus: Experience with POS systems, payments, hardware, or multi-market launches.
