Architect /Functional Consultant/Senior Product Manager – Credit Card & Rewards Location: Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH Here are the skill sets required : Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions for credit card processing, rewards management, and partner integrations (e.g., Visa/Mastercard, loyalty networks). Functional Expertise: Analyze business requirements for card issuance, transaction processing, fraud detection, billing, and rewards redemption. Familiarity with rewards program mechanics (points, miles, cashback, merchant-funded rewards). System Integration: Lead integrations between core banking systems, card processors, CRM, and third-party rewards platforms. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, AML, and regulatory standards (e.g., Reg Z, UDAAP) in card and rewards program design. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers, IT teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals. Innovation: Propose enhancements for customer engagement (e.g., dynamic rewards, personalized offers, API-driven partnerships). Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues in authorization, settlement, points accrual, and reconciliation processes. Good to have : Hands-on experience with card processors (FIS, TSYS),Rewards engines (Fiserv, Epsilon) , core banking systems & payment gateways.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions for credit card processing and rewards management while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and propose enhancements for customer engagement.
