Description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will take ownership of four core products, guiding them from vision through execution. You’ll manage product backlogs and roadmaps in Jira, collaborate closely with Development and QA, and ensure features are delivered on time with the highest quality. This role requires someone who thrives in an agile environment, can balance priorities across multiple initiatives, and communicates effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience in a software environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing products in Jira.
  • Excellent ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with software developers, QA testers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple products.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ERP, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with SDLC best practices, QA processes, and release management.
  • Understanding of databases, APIs, and integrations at a conceptual level.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle for four products, from planning to release and ongoing support.
  • Work daily in Jira to manage product backlogs, refine user stories, and track sprint progress.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, realistic, and testable.
  • Gather input from customers, internal teams, and analytics to drive data-backed product decisions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring blockers are addressed quickly.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before releases.
  • Communicate status, timelines, and product updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
