We’re looking for a Product Manager to take the lead on IQM Radiance, our highest-grossing quantum computer, and IQM Spark, the world’s most widely deployed quantum computer.
You’ll be driving these two flagship products, ensuring they continue to meet and exceed customer expectations while setting new standards in the industry.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

BSc, MSc or Ph.D. in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within technology or deep tech companies. Experience or knowledge in quantum technologies is a plus.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of product discovery, lifecycle management, customer interviews, and other key product management methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong prioritization and time management abilities; comfortable switching between tasks and managing multiple workstreams.
Ability to lead without formal authority in a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
