POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring experienced Product Managers based in Dubai (DIFC) to lead real estate sourcing, developer partnerships, and inventory onboarding across both traditional and fractional real estate models. The role is cross-functional, interfacing with developer networks, fractional investors and sales & channel teams, while driving cross-border sales to NRIs and global clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or RERA/DIFC compliance exposure is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

· 5–10 years of experience in real estate sourcing, investment sales, or developer relations.
· Experience with fractional real estate, REITs, or asset-backed products is a major advantage.
· Deep understanding of UAE property markets.
· Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
· Willing to travel across geographies as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Hike: Competitive based on experience and performance.
ESOP: Available after 3 years, at management’s discretion

Property Research & Sourcing
· Identify and evaluate high-potential residential and commercial properties in UAE.
· Conduct due diligence for both outright and fractional real estate opportunities.
· Understand investment value, market absorption, and legal viability.
