This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Reconciliations Team in Europe. As a Product Manager on the Reconciliations Team, you will lead the development and evolution of a high-performance payment reconciliation platform that serves global clients. You’ll define the long-term vision, set strategic priorities, and work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-value features. This role offers the opportunity to balance user needs, business goals, and operational efficiency while owning the platform P&L. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, influence product strategy, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the payment experience for users worldwide. Accountabilities: Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for the reconciliation platform. Gather insights from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and pain points, translating them into actionable product initiatives. Lead the development of new reconciliation features, managing projects from ideation to delivery, launch, and go-to-market strategy. Prioritize engineering work to maximize impact while balancing ongoing improvements and operational stability. Own the platform P&L, collaborating with finance to identify areas for optimization and growth. Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, including leadership, marketing, and business development, representing the reconciliation team externally as needed. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, with proven success delivering impactful products in collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams. Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools to drive product decisions. Experience managing or building analytics-driven products, particularly where data is core to the user experience. Exceptional product sense with the ability to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
