THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a track record of shipping features end-to-end: from deep user research to edge-case handling, grooming, QA and launch comms, to help us shape the next chapter of crypto tax. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s strategic, technical, and passionate about crypto.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who’s deeply technical, crypto-fluent, and has shipped product from scratch in fast-moving teams. You’ll work independently and lead small pods across design, QA, and engineering—while collaborating directly with our Founder on product direction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Solve user problems through research and data: Gather and analyze user feedback, investigate the user journey, and identify issues and opportunities at scale.

    • Ensure technical quality: Dig into transaction data and edge cases, support debugging, and work with developers to improve reliability and performance.
    • Shape and ship product end-to-end: Own features from problem definition to launch comms. Define scope, create scrappy wireframes, QA edge cases, and announce clearly.
    • Organise the product team: Manage competing priorities and ruthlessly prioritise in Jira to keep the team focussed and moving toward the roadmap.
    • Ensure integration quality: Analyse transaction data to catch errors or inconsistencies, and work with developers to fix these issues and improve how our integrations function.
    • Drive product independently: Work directly with the Founder and engineers, defining priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes—no top-down hand-holding.
    • Lead small cross-functional pods: While primarily an IC, you’ll guide designers, QA engineers, and other collaborators toward aligned product outcomes.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally: Share clear updates across engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth and successful launches.
