This role offers a rare opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with engineers to design, prototype, and launch autonomous AI systems that transform sales workflows, focusing on driving adoption and delivering measurable impact. The position requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, enabling you to experiment, iterate, and innovate at speed. You will define product roadmaps, optimize user experiences, and reverse-engineer go-to-market strategies for a market-defining product. Accountabilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered workflows in SalesTech, from concept to launch. Design autonomous, AI-driven systems to resolve bottlenecks in deal closures without manual intervention. Translate complex, chaotic sales pipelines into intuitive, AI-first user experiences. Prioritize and ship minimum viable products quickly, iterating based on data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with engineers to prototype, test, and refine solutions using SQL, Python, or design tools. Reverse-engineer market strategies to create innovative product positioning in a nascent category. Drive adoption and foster a design-first mindset across teams and stakeholders. 2+ years of experience shipping AI/ML-focused B2B SaaS products. Strong academic background or proven track record in competitive environments (Tier 1/2 universities, Olympiads, debate competitions, or impactful startup projects). Exceptional problem-solving skills and first-principles thinking. Demonstrated ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments, rebuild broken systems, and thrive in fast-moving teams. Strong technical literacy to collaborate with engineers on prototyping and implementation.
