QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for creating innovative solutions for consumers and a strong sense of empathy for our customers, and our associates
• Comfort switching between driving the strategy and going deep to solve complex problems
• A love of evangelizing your product - Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing across varying levels of leadership and evangelizing to stakeholders
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent experience in relevant field required, Master’s degree preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in digital Product Management or related field required. E-Commerce or FinTech experience a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience working in an agile environment preferred
• Technical background (software development experience) a plus
