Product Manager
Our client is seeking a visionary Product Manager to define and lead their user-facing product strategy. This role combines strategic autonomy with hands-on execution to deliver measurable engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work hand in hand with UX, Growth, Content, and Engineering teams to build best-in-class products while embracing a data-driven culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead product strategy and vision for user-facing products, aligning with the company’s mission, business goals, and market demands.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap (6–12+ months) based on market analysis, user feedback, and business impact.
  • Define and document functional specifications for new features, including design inputs, wireframes, and metrics.
  • Gather user insights and market intelligence through qualitative and quantitative methods, working closely with UX and Growth teams.
  • Foster stakeholder communication and alignment, presenting strategies and progress in both English and Spanish.
  • Build consensus and advocate for user needs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Must be located in Argentina or Uruguay.
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated expertise in user-facing products.
  • 4+ years leading SaaS products with proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong grasp of SEO and Agile methodologies including Scrum.
  • Advanced expertise in Jira and Confluence for product development and collaboration.
  • Prior experience working in a product company with focus on user engagement.
  • Skilled at setting product vision, defining KPIs, and translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish for effective stakeholder communication.
