Job Description As a product manager, you'll lead the development and enhancement of tools that empower users to effectively manage their businesses. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, establish KPIs, and deliver impactful solutions that help users grow and thrive online. In your day-to-day, you will: • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, user interviews, data analysis, wireframing, defining product scope, setting KPIs, and guiding the product from development to launch • Collaborate with experts across various disciplines to quickly deliver impactful analytics solutions that enable users to make data-driven decisions and grow their online presence • Enhance product quality by leveraging user feedback, data insights, usability testing, and other methods Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role • Having a deep understanding of product management, regulations, and industry trends • Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product direction • Strong business acumen with a user-centric mindset • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Being highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Having a strong customer focus and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences Additional Information The product guild defines the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix, working closely with UX, BA, design, content, development, and operations teams to deliver significant impact and value.
