Retail Banking Analytics (RBA) in ING Analytics is looking for a Product Manager specialising in Machine Learning. As Product Manager you will originate and build data-driven algorithmic products. This is an entrepreneurial and global role in an innovative international team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous eperience leading and delivering analytics use cases and products is a must
  • Previous eperience and proven knowledge of working in the personalisation and Customer Interactions area
  • 5-7 years of relevant eperience
  • Masters Degree
  • Written and spoken fluency in English

Responsibilities
  • Product discovery: identify (data) problems, prioritize idea backlog and design and eecute eperiments to determine what problems need solving
  • Work with a squad of Data Scientists, Uers, and Engineers to discover the potential of a product idea, the user problem (user research) and validate and prototype
  • Manage data-driven products so that they generate significant value for ING and its customers
  • Create value propositions, vision and product strategy
  • Good understanding of innovation and product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking
  • Ability to develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas and lead prototyping
  • Demonstrate thought leadership internally and eternally
  • Understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics and data science methods
