Responsibilities

Global Retail IT Product Requirement Management

  • Own the product lifecycle for all retail POS systems worldwide
  • Develop global IT template requirements that operationalize the global consumer journey
  • Ensure that products align with both global retail standards and specific market needs
  • Collaborate with the Process Manager and Process Governance Team to ensure tools are embedded into operational workflows.

Market Needs & Backlog Management

  • Collect and document market requirements by identifying recurring themes, features, and functional needs, ensuring traceability of change requests
  • Manage and prioritize the retail product backlog in alignment with stakeholder input and business priorities
  • Ensure transparency and alignment by keeping stakeholders informed of product development progress and upcoming releases.
