EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience from risk intelligence or other industries with risk management focus.
  • Experience in product management within a digital product company.
  • Strategic mindset covering user, business, and technology aspects.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

In MySecuritas, we provide clients with access to a range of digital products and services that enhance and differentiate Securitas’ offerings while introducing innovative standalone digital solutions. The Product & Insight team manages this portfolio. As the Product Manager for the Risk Intelligence product area, you will shape the product strategy and roadmap and execute it. This pivotal role involves guiding the product’s success and collaborating with multiple teams throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to market release and beyond.
We are now looking for someone eager to join us in shaping the future of risk intelligence.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Product Vision and Strategy
  • Develop and maintain a product strategy that considers client needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Engage key stakeholders and teams in developing and understanding the vision and strategy.
  • Align strategy with the objectives and priorities of the business pillar and key functions.
  • Product Discovery
  • Conduct market and industry analysis within risk intelligence in collaboration with Sales & Marketing and the Risk Intelligence Center.
  • Decide on research studies and incubations, setting objectives and expectations, and engage in the work.
  • Gather and maintain client feedback for the product.
  • Evaluate opportunities from client, business, and feasibility perspectives.
  • Demand and Stakeholder Management
  • Host forums, meetings, or channels to understand and consider stakeholder requirements.
  • Transparently present and discuss priorities with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate and present progress and outcomes.
  • Present the product to key stakeholders to communicate value and align on target clients in their market.
  • Product Development and Delivery
  • Share the vision and roadmap to promote understanding and guide the team in execution.
  • Define initiatives and help the team understand their purpose, strategic alignment, and outcomes.
  • Define and prioritize epics in close collaboration with the team.
  • Product Analytics
  • Own key product metrics to measure success, defined with the Engineering team and digital analyst.
  • Follow up on product metrics and usage data.
  • Product Commercialization, Sales, and Marketing
  • Collaborate with sales and the Risk Intelligence Center to match products with targeted client segments.
  • Develop the business model for the product in collaboration with Sales & Marketing and the Risk Intelligence Center.
  • Budget and Cost Management
  • Define the product budget and monitor actuals.
