This role is classified as Level 6 Content and Platform Support role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement (with annual base salary range of $129,821 - $145,000). The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

The Department
Streaming and Digital Products shapes and delivers SBS’s digital product suite, including SBS On Demand, mobile apps and websites. Our cross-functional teams bring together Product, Design, Engineering, Delivery, Data and Curation to take ideas from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. This role sits within the SBS On Demand Product team.

This is a senior design leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the user experience across a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will lead an established design team while remaining deeply involved in hands-on product design and the highest-impact initiatives. The role spans multiple user groups, requiring intuitive, efficient experiences that address different goals and workflows.
