WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Product Manager Services, you will be responsible for managing the services portfolio within the VConsyst menu, developing new services and optimizing existing services. You focus on developing tools, processes and frameworks to continuously improve the life-cycle process of services. You will ensure that VConsyst services align with customer needs, vendor capabilities and contribute to VConsyst’s business strategy and profitability.

IN THIS ROLE:

• Are you focused on a balanced and innovative services portfolio across the life-cycle process – think life extension, recycling, leasing and data analytics;
• Ensure that all departments involved in the process work together, that there are clear schedules, and continuous process improvement;
• Conduct market research to identify needs and areas for improvement and ensure high customer satisfaction;
• Bring your technical expertise and commercial insights together.
  In addition, you know how to quickly switch between different topics in both business and development teams. You inspire others, take initiative and keep an overview, even in stressful situations.
