THE JOB

Signal Advisors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and launching innovative products that empower financial advisors and help solve the retirement crisis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users and drive business growth. Your deep understanding of financial services and wealth management will be key to your success.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, including market research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
  • Translate complex business needs from the financial services and wealth management industry into clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Launch new products and features, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure products are built to specifications, delivered on time, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Drive strategic thinking that aligns with company strategy, influencing leadership and the product roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities for users within the financial advisory space.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our products and the financial services landscape, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
  • Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
