Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager at Simployer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond. You’ll be part of one of the product teams and have a unique opportunity to optimize products that truly make a difference for our customers. Your strategic vision and expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive feature optimization and automation at speed, ensuring they align with Simployer’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Manage the discovery process by defining clear requirements for our engineering and design teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to understand and improve our products for our customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape and inform product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product features, set clear objectives, and build a strategic roadmap.
  • Oversee product development timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
