Product Manager - Estimates experience – This is the starting point of the job lifecycle where landscapers propose and sell their work. From creating fast, professional proposals to helping customers win more jobs, you’ll shape the tools that define how small businesses showcase their value and close deals. This is a high-impact role at the top of the funnel: your work will directly influence customer success, revenue growth, and the foundation for everything that follows in the job lifecycle. You will… Own the roadmap for Estimates, shaping how landscapers propose and sell work to their customers Drive high-impact execution alongside a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers and a product designer, delivering solutions that meaningfully improve customer communications, pipeline tracking, and overall client experience Blend customer empathy with business insight, leveraging user research, product data, and market trends to make smart, outcome-driven decisions Champion collaboration and clarity, ensuring your team has the context and alignment needed to move quickly while building scalable, high-quality solutions Measure success by outcomes, not just outputs – while shipping features is necessary, it’s not sufficient; we look to our product managers to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for our business 2. Product Manager - Data experience. The purpose of this role is to establish and formalize the data foundations upon which we will build a variety of offerings for our users. For our users, getting them the right level of data and insight helps them run their business more effectively, leading to more money flowing to the bottom line. The opportunity here is to not only use the data that our users create while using LMN, but also bring in data from all sorts of related sources so that our customers can gain unique insight while never needing to leave LMN. Additionally, the more we curate, cleanse, and standardize our user data, the more readily our AI models can surface insight back to our customers via our AI chat and AI agents. You will… Own the roadmap for in-app analytics and work with the Data Intelligence engineers to bring those analytics to life Be methodical in understanding, mapping out, and creating the dashboards and analytics that gives insight into and “lights up” every part of our users’ businesses Do the actual creation of widgets and dashboards that ultimately get presented in-product Drive high-impact execution alongside a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers Measure success by outcomes, not just outputs – while shipping features is necessary, it’s not sufficient; we look to our product managers to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for our business Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience 1-3 years working as a product manager at a SaaS company You know how to analyze a business are able to demonstrate this ability in our interview process You display solid “high to low” thinking as you work your way through the metrics cascade of a business You have the acumen and technical skills to uncover non-obvious insights that will help our users fun a better business Proven track record of delivering impactful features for your customers and your business Deep-rooted curiosity and user empathy Excellent communication and storytelling skills Location: Atlanta, Toronto, Remote (US or Canada) SingleOps does not sponsor work authorization needs; candidates must have proper work authorization to work for any employer in the US or Canada, without sponsorship from the company.
