ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic Supplier & Product Partnership Manager to be the key link between SIRAYA and our upstream suppliers—driving commercial success, shaping product competitiveness, and delivering real value to our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and manage strong supplier relationships, handling all communication, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
• Achieve sales and profit targets while ensuring business commitments are met.
• Partner with Sales Managers to win deals—providing product expertise, client insights, and tailored solutions.
• Turn customer needs into actionable product enhancements and sales strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date sales resources, pricing templates, and promotional offers to boost efficiency.
• Oversee upstream orders, negotiate terms, and conduct profitability analysis.
• Stay ahead of market trends, product upgrades, and industry developments—and train the team to do the same.
• Collaborate across departments to develop Go-To-Market plans and run impactful promotional campaigns.
• Deliver sharp, data-driven market insights to guide management decisions.
