We are looking for a visionary Product Manager who ca n dri ve a product strategy, collaborate efficiently with stakeholders, to bring the right behavioral insights to action . Core responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional agile product team to deliver impactful solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction on LEGO.com.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the LEGO Group’s digital transformation goals, balancing big-picture vision with detailed execution.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and user research to identify and prioritize opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of data flows, systems, and relevant legislation to ensure the site is locally legal, safe, and secure.
  • Communicate effectively with partners, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment.
