We develop innovative solutions to address unique challenges faced by patients during their sleep apnea treatment. The Opportunity We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with clinical experience in sleep medicine who wants to influence product innovation on a global scale.As a Product Manager, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products meet real-world patient needs. Your insights into therapy challenges and patient experiences will help shape solutions that improve comfort, adherence, and outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Being the voice of the customer by conducting research to understand the needs of patients, clinicians, and markets, providing data-driven insights to inform product design Leveraging your clinical knowledge and patient experience to guide product development and ensure usability and effectiveness. Developing a product vision, gathering product requirements and working closely with product development to deliver on that vision Supporting the launch of new products through activities such as market releases, value proposition and marketing claims development, pricing, forecasts, supply, product training and market support. Collecting and analysing customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the product. About You This role is ideal for someone who is outcome-driven, resourceful, collaborative, and adaptable. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a health-related field (e.g., Physiology, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology). Experience in the sleep industry (e.g., as a sleep physiologist/technologist) or in product management is highly valued. Your hands-on experience with patients and understanding of therapy challenges will help shape products that truly improve patient outcomes.
