1 unique PM = You. 1 million unique invoices = 1 million unique IBANs The CEO and one of our co-founders does not like banks. Because today we have this great tech that can be used in payments by banks. This tech can be leveraged for the interest of the ordinary user but they don't do it. Our purpose is to create magic for people by bringing the UX that exists today in cards to the bank-to-bank payments. Our purpose is to fight the big monsters like the too-big-to-fail banks and VISA&MC; and grow big enough to become the next monster that should then be replaced too. To achieve this we are looking for you, an experienced Product Manager and a true partner for our CEO and CTO. Someone ready to take full ownership of product strategy and execution. Someone driven to build what doesn’t exist yet, focused on creating real value for users and society. Someone equally excited about reshaping traditional banking rails in Europe and exploring the potential of blockchain. What you’ll deliver: Build and execute a product roadmap that shifts the mindset from “one bank account” to “one technical transaction identifier” Art is science, so you'll use design and user experience as strategic levers to build products that are not only functional, but deeply user-centric Scalable API-driven infrastructure trusted by other EU fintechs, PSPs and even potential banks as our clients in the future Version 1 of the platform that integrates two vIBANs providers (by the end of 2025) Version 2 that integrates MiCA compliant wallets (by the end of Q2/3 2026) Build and lead the experts’ team needed to execute this product strategy with you and deliver it for you Use tools and instruments that will help you build and execute the product strategy (e.g. your own version of FACe for clarity, alignment and speed within the product team; own the product P&L with a strong grip on unit economics, etc) Integrated clear and actionable data capabilities in the product from day one, so every decision is grounded in real insight, not guesswork What we’re looking for: 5+ years of dirty hands-on experience in building fintech products + strategic leadership decisions for a payments product, related to banking and cards rails (mandatory) and blockchains rails (as a bonus) Deep understanding of the opportunities generated by the EU regulatory landscape (like MICAR, PSD3, digital EURO, request to pay) Understanding the strategic differences between EU B2B financial flows and B2C/C2B financial flows Analytical mindset with a compulsion toward action Hands-on experience delivering scalable, API-first products A founder’s mentality, driven by ownership, speed, and strategic clarity Why join us: Think and build like a founder, without the risk of doing it solo Be the product force at the leadership table Equity upside in a high-conviction team Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy Mission-driven: replace Visa and Mastercard without compromising the user experience Let’s reinvent how money moves in Europe, one IBAN at a time 👉 We’d love to hear your story.
