About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead and oversee the development and delivery of multiple web and mobile application platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving product vision, translating business needs into actionable development plans, and ensuring successful execution in alignment with company objectives. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, and practical project management skills. The Product Manager will work closely with software engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of software products Key Responsibilities • Define, plan, and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Software and cross-functional teams. • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for development teams. • Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery of product releases. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to align business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. • Conduct product reviews, identify potential risks or issue, and propose corrective actions. • Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product quality and user experience. • Prepare and present regular progress reports and product performance updates to management. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and best practices in product and project management. Requirements Must Have • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related or product field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management or equivalent). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles within a software or modern technology environment. • Proven experience managing software development cycles involving web and mobile applications. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines. • Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management Good to Have • Technical background or understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system integration. • Familiarity with project management tools such as Github Projects and Github Issues. • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric design. • Knowledge in data analysis or product performance metrics.
